King Danny Clashes with Lynden
Slater’s Swan’s table tennis tournament was a great success. We had our two finalists who are in year 7. The two finalists were Danny Stanley and Lynden Taylor. The final game was such a cracker! Lynden wouldn’t let Danny get away with anymore points. Lynden pulled away from Danny after playing a couple of cheeky shots but we know Danny, he never likes to give up. Danny managed to pull out the final points of the match to win. Danny Stanley became the winner of the Slater’s Swans Table Tennis Championships 2013. Luke Slater a yr 10 student who coaches at Slater’s swans said how happy he was.
“Everyone has won not just Danny. I like how the children put a lot of effort into their game. Everyone did really well and pulled a win out of the bag.” Mr Siegel and Luke would like to thank Danny for winning the tournament but the rest of the club for taking part and showing their very best.
