The Year 10 UK Maths Challenge results were amazing again this year. Well done to all students who took part.

At Paulet we had nine students in Year 10 who achieved a silver or bronze award. The challenge is designed to encourage mathematical reasoning, precision of thought and fluency to solve interesting mathematical problems.

The students with silver awards were Dylan Palmer, Antonia Jolley and George McGinn.

The students who achieved bronze awards were Sammy White, Aaron Thompson, Jack Cadd, Matthew Harrison, Mitch Woodward and Frankie Peach.

Dylan Palmer also achieved the best in the year award as well as the best in the school award. Well done Dylan!

Over 200 000 students take part in the challenge nationally and the top 40% of students entered are awarded a certificate.

The Year 9 results will be announced next week.
