Year 7 students were asked to decorate and embellish a wooden spoon based on the arts and crafts of one of the following countries: China, Scandinavia, Africa or (the indigenous peoples of) North America. They were allowed to use any materials, techniques, imagery and colour to express their chosen culture. Some wonderful results earning Headteacher’s Commendations and Honour Marks.
