Y9 have enjoyed making chilli con carne or burritos as part of their food technology lesson this week.
Many students swapped the mince beef for the healthier Quorn option, as part of the BNF Healthy Eating Week, Try Something New Challenge.  This is still high in protein, also providing fibre with no saturated fat . Not just a vegetarian option, a happy healthy change from meat for all.
