Our students have risen to the challenge of the new GCSEs in English language, English Literature and maths wonderfully this year. Their results are a testament to their hard work and the partnership that exists, at Paulet, between teachers, students and parents.  We look forward to seeing many of our students back in our 6th Form College in September to start the next exciting and challenging stage of their lives.

Notable successes include:

Sophie Mansell who achieved 9, 9, 7, 5A* and 1A

Freya Crofts who achieved 8, 7, 7, 2A* and 5A

David Gater who achieved 9, 7, 6, 3A* and 3A

Evelyn Kertesz who achieved 9, 8, 9 and 7A

Amy Stubbs who achieved 7, 9, 8, 3A* and 2A

Tom Sanderson who achieved 9, 9, 8, 4A* and 2A

Abigail White who achieved 7, 8, 9, 3A* and 2A

Special mention goes to Evelyn Kertesz (back row, third from the left) who joined Paulet in 2015 after moving to the UK. English is her third language (behind Hungarian and Romanian) and she achieved the new Grade 8 in English Language, Grade 9 in English Literature and Grade 9 in maths – phenomenal achievements.  Evelyn is joining our 6th Form College to study maths, English Literature, history and business studies with a view to studying law at university.

All of our students, teachers, support staff and parents deserve praise. Well done to all of them!
