A big thank you to Mrs Pape for sharing her recent Thai cookery experience with Y9 . After attending a course on holiday in Thailand, she volunteered to give our food students a taste of Thai. As you can see from the photos they thoroughly enjoyed preparing a range of ingredients, tasting the welcome snack and green curry and finding out more about the culture and cuisine.
