Another week ,another match. Last night John Port arrived to take on our Yr 7&8 teams in the local league.
Yr 7 made a good start and were always in control winning 15 – 9 and a half due to excellent fielding and teamwork with good communication and leadership from the 2 Erin’s, Maddie and Alicia.
The Yr 8 game was a closer affair but tight fielding from Linda. Lois and Becky gave them a lead at half time and excellent batting from Kitija in the second innings ensured a 14 and a half – 11 and a half
victory.
Well done to all the girls – Lottie, Becky, Lois, Emily, Quisha, Eve, Kitija, Olivia and Linda from Yr 8 and Erin, Erin, Seren, Maddie, Alicie, Holly, Niamh and Faith from Yr7.
