As part of the Burton Albion Community Trust Young Reporters Day, Ben, Phoebe and Erin were all given the exciting opportunity to attend a live press conference to interview Burton Albion manager Nigel Clough and captain Jake Buxton. The students were then given an access all areas tour of the Pirelli Stadium and attended a journalism workshop to expand their report writing skills. They were then tasked to write an article reporting on the experiences they had had throughout the day. The lucky writers of the winning article get to join Burton’s media coverage team for their upcoming home game to Fleetwood! Fingers crossed!
