On Friday afternoon, Mrs Rayne’s 9FO PE class had the incredible opportunity to hear from Aston Villa Women’s Super League star and former England international Lucy Staniforth.

Lucy spoke about the importance of mental health, teamwork, and resilience, sharing strategies that help her when she feels anxious. Students also had the chance to ask questions and learn more about her inspiring football journey.
