From the new school year, more families may be eligible for Free School Meals.

Households receiving Universal Credit can now apply for Free School Meals regardless of household income. This change means that many more children may qualify for support.

We encourage families to apply as soon as possible, as eligibility checks will take place ahead of the new school year.
