Year 7 students Alfie W, Isla, Ibrahim & Alfie L in Ms Lester’s history class used persuasive language and their historical knowledge to convince their classmates that they should be the next king of England following the death of Edward the Confessor in 1066. 
7GPA mostly agreed that Harold Godwinson (Ibrahim) should be the next king – over the next few lessons they will learn who was successful!
