VE Day celebrations
Mrs Cooper shared some food related facts and suggestions with students so that they could have a go at some of the recipes for their ‘stay at home’ VE Day street party.
Lily S and her family made the lemonade, scones and bread.
Abbie T baked the scones and a Victoria sponge and made an afternoon tea for her Grandma, Granny and Grandad and Liz, which she later delivered on her daily exercise walk (all social distancing took place).
Kaleh R enjoyed baking the carrot scones and they tasted so nice that another batch will be made soon!
